I cannot stress enough how well Beth took care of our needs.
She listened to our wants and was able to find us a home. Not just a house. She was at every showing, she would work diligently and would make everything a simple breeze for us first time homebuyers. She made us feel like family looking for a home. She was showing us houses during snow storms, during high rains, when the temperature was below zero, and she was there. She wanted to be there for all the inspections and has a nose for the unseen. Trust her to find you the home you've been wanting and dreaming of. I know her personally, but she was and is the consummate professional from beginning to end. Unfortunately I had to sell a rental property after being widowed, and I was dreading it and dragging my feet. Beth came in, talked to me, gave me options and guided me through the process.
